Shipping Across Canada
We ship every order from our partner fulfillment center. All products are sourced from US manufacturers, stocked at our US partner warehouse, and forwarded to Canada through our logistics partner Alphazone. You pay the Canadian price once — no customs, no duties, no surprise fees at the door.

Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders $99+ CAD (all zones)
- Orders under $99: flat $19.99 CAD shipping
- Express upgrade available at checkout for an additional fee per zone (see table)
- Oversized/heavy items (fire pits, grills, lawn mowers): a small handling surcharge may apply — shown at checkout, never added later
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day from our US fulfillment center. Customs clearance and Canadian last-mile delivery start immediately after.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. Track your order from your account dashboard or directly via email link. We use Canada Post and major couriers (FedEx, UPS, Purolator) depending on destination.
Customs & Duties
No surprises at the door. All duties, taxes, and customs handling are pre-paid by us as part of the price you see at checkout. Your delivery driver will not ask you for additional fees.
Returns & Damaged Goods
If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@beavdirect.com with photos. We arrange a free replacement or refund — no return shipping cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
